Conditions we treat

The CCC of NWA Difference

Before you walk through the door, the relationship will begin with a phone conversation. One of our patient advocates will listen to your thoughts, worries, and concerns. They will help to select a convenient appointment time and the doctor to serve your needs. You will meet the team who will work hard on your case. You will meet our other doctors and staff who are sincerely interested in helping you.

During the first appointment, we will complete an evaluation to understand your overall health history. We will complete various tests and scans so your doctor can have all the necessary information to make a proper diagnosis. Your doctor will listen to your questions and concerns with compassion and provide answers.

At the end of the appointment, your doctor will make treatment recommendations and discuss the ins and outs of all treatment options. If your health problems are covered by your medical insurance, you will be introduced to your medical insurance advocates who are experts at navigating medical insurance. Before you leave, we hope you have all the information needed to make an informed decision about your health. We have a team of people here at CCC of NWA that want to help you make the best decision for you.
